18-year-old Drake Damyon Summers was arrested in Farley, Iowa, after a high-speed chase that ended at the Farley exit, 26199 20/Farley. The incident occurred at approximately 9:28 PM, bringing a temporary halt to the usually quiet evening in this small town.

Summers faces multiple misdemeanor charges stemming from the chase. Authorities have charged him with eluding law enforcement, driving while barred, failing to obey a stop or yield sign, speeding at more than 20 miles per hour over the limit, and failing to maintain control of his vehicle.
