Dubuque, Iowa – On December 12, 2024, Dakota Anthony Donath, a 33-year-old male, was arrested at 2:50 p.m. at 1669 Main Street. Donath faces several serious charges, including:
- Domestic Abuse Assault Impeding Air/Blood Flow Causing Bodily Injury to a Female
- Domestic Abuse Assault with Aggravated Assault
- Child Endangerment
- Failure to Appear – Simple Arrest
- Failure to Appear – Non-Felony Arrest (Serious)
The victim, identified as 33-year-old Samantha Jean Weiner, reported the incident occurring between 14:16 and 14:16 on the same day at the 1600 block of Main Street. The report was filed by Officer D. M. Bakken.
