...WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM MIDNIGHT FRIDAY
NIGHT TO NOON CST SATURDAY...

* WHAT...Freezing rain expected. Total ice accumulations of one
  tenth to two tenths of an inch.

* WHERE...Delaware, Dubuque, Jones, Jackson and Clinton Counties.

* WHEN...From 3 AM to noon CST Saturday.

* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...East-southeast winds will gust to around
  20 to 30 mph during the freezing rain, which will put extra
  stress on tree branches. Additionally, expect temperatures to
  quickly warm from south to north late Saturday morning into the
  afternoon, which will help ice to melt faster once the freezing
  rain ends.
