Dubuque, IA – On November 19, 2024, Dubuque police officers made two arrests at a local drug store on East 22nd Street.

Samantha Jo Brende, a 30-year-old white female, was arrested at 2:21 PM. She faces charges of Theft 4th Degree – Shoplifting and Voluntary Absence From Custody. Officer A.N. Klawitter was responsible for the arrest, which is documented under case number AR 2024008269.Brende is being held on a $2000 cash bond

Shortly before this, at 2:12 PM, Stephanie Ann Turnquist, a 36-year-old female, was also arrested at the same location. She is charged with Theft 4th Degree -Shoplifting .
