The Flannagan Road bridge will be closed for construction starting Thursday, November 7, 2024, at 9:00 AM. The closure will affect a 0.96-mile stretch of Flannagan Road, from Plum Creek Road to James Road.

The project involves drilling at the bridge approximately 0.3 miles west of James Road. During this time, the road will be completely closed at the bridge location. The work is scheduled to take place during daytime hours, from approximately 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM, and is expected to last 1-2 days, depending on weather conditions.

Motorists are advised to plan alternative routes and expect delays in the area. The closure is necessary to ensure the safety and integrity of the bridge while the drilling work is completed.

For more information and updates on the project, residents can contact the local transportation department or visit the city’s official website.
