Dubuque, IA – On September 17, 2024, at approximately 5:35 AM, Tyler John Breitbach, a 27-year-old white male, was arrested at 770 Iowa Street. Breitbach faces multiple charges, including:
- Tampering With A Witness — Intimidation (M)False Report Of Indictable Offense To Public EntityHarassment 3rd Degree (M)Contempt — Violation Of No Contact/Protective Order (M)
A $2000 cash bond was posted for him following his arrest.This is not Breitbach’s first encounter with the law. In May 2024, he was arrested on a warrant and charged with:
