Kevin Kotz has been the general manager of the Dubuque county fair for many years and has dedicated a lot of time to making it a great event for everyone. However, last night at the concert at the Dubuque County Fairgrounds, he announced his retirement. While we are sad to hear the news, we are grateful for all of Kevin’s hard work and the friendship he has formed with us. We will miss him greatly and wish him all the best in his retirement.
