Two individuals, Tana Torres and Jarod Anderson, have been arrested by the Cedar Rapids Police Department on human trafficking charges.

The arrests are related to a case involving a juvenile female who was found in Cedar Rapids after being reported missing from the Dubuque area. The juvenile was allegedly forced into prostitution by Torres and Anderson.

Both suspects are facing charges including human trafficking, sexual abuse, and conspiracy to commit a forcible felony.
