Mark Lee Jones, a 46-year-old man, was arrested on the charge of assault with a dangerous weapon on 7/10/2024 at 359 W 2nd St/bluff St in Dubuque, IA.

Ann Marie Martin, a 41-year-old woman, with no address, was arrested in Dubuque, IA, on various charges including assault, interference with official acts, after fighting officers kicking one in the chest providing false identification, and probation violation on 7/9/2024 at Giant Wash 3398 Kennedy Circle.

Martin had a previous trespass order and police were called to the business due to her past history.
