Steven John Slaght, a 72-year-old white male, was arrested on charges of assaulting someone while displaying a dangerous weapon and first-degree harassment at 200 Mercy Dr in Dubuque, IA on April 9, 2024, at 10:51.
The victim, Michele Maxine Beyer, a 70-year-old white female, reported the assault at the same location earlier that day.
