Officer A.N. Klawitter detained 34-year-old Chante Crystal Hightower-Burch, on multiple charges including child endangerment for having cocaine in her children’s hair, failure to appear for a court proceeding, and providing false identification. The arrest took place at 650 University Ave in Dubuque, IA on 3/17/2024 at 21:18, after Dubuque Officers acted on a warrant.

All subjects innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
