Cody Joseph Brehm, a 43-year-old, from Durango was arrested on warrant in Dubuque, IA on February 26, 2024 at 770 Iowa St for eluding police by driving over 25 mph above the speed limit and for speeding at 55 mph or less over the limit, with each mile costing $2.  

An officer witnessed him traveling at over 90 mph in Dubuque, prompting a high-speed pursuit.
