The Iowa Senate has approved Bill (F105) in order to safeguard the information of gun owners.
The bill aims to prevent any credit card companies like Visa, Master Charge, and American Express from tracking firearm and ammunition sales using a special code. This legislation is designed to uphold the constitutional rights of both gun owners and merchants.
The bill now goes to the House for approval.
