Charges have been officially filed against a juvenile in relation to a December 3rd fire at the Dollar General in Peosta. The juvenile, a resident of Peosta, has been charged with first-degree arson and first-degree criminal mischief. However, due to the offender being a juvenile, the name of the person involved will not be disclosed. The juvenile is currently awaiting their initial court appearance.
