On November 5, 2023, at 18:47, Dogic Muhamed was arrested at 1571 Bluff St, Dubuque, IA on charges of Disorderly Conduct-fighting/Violent Behavior. Similarly, Michelle Nicole Lloyd was also arrested on the same day at 20:00 at 1551 Bluff St, Dubuque, IA for Disorderly Conduct-fighting/violent Behavior and Interference W/official Acts – No Injury/damage. Additionally, Dayshon Jameer Lloyd-reddin was arrested at the same location on the same charges at 19:54.
