Minors below the age of 18 and individuals aged 18 to 20 were apprehended and faced legal charges for participating in an illicit gathering involving underage drinking at Midwest Diesel, Towing, and Recovery, located at 10601 Wood Gate Drive in Dubuque County. This information was obtained from reports provided by the Dubuque County Sheriff’s Department, which stated that the arrests took place on October 28, at 9:11 PM.

The underage individuals were found by deputies in various areas of the business premises such as the parking lot, garage, and the commercial office.
