On October 3rd, Frederick Timothy Woods, 29, was arrested at the Dubuque Law Enforcement center on charges of 1) Attempt To Commit Murder (F), 2) Willful Injury – Causing Serious Injury (F), 3) Domestic Abuse Assault Impeding Air/blood Flow Causing Bodily (F), 4) Domestic Abuse Assault With Injury—Aggravated Assault (F), 5) Domestic Abuse Assault With Injury – Aggravated Assault (F), 6) Harassment 1st Degree (F), 7) Operating Vehicle Without Owners Consent (F), 8) Child Endangerment (F), 9) Parole Violation, New Evidence (M), 10) Leaving Scene Of APersonal Injury Traffic Accident (M), 11) Failure To Have Valid License Or Permit While Operating MV (M), and 12) Failure To Prove Security Against Liability (M).
