DUBUQUE, Iowa – The City of Dubuque Health Services Department is seeking information regarding a dog involved in a biting incident with a adult male that was jogging, that occurred on Thursday, September 21st at approximately 9:45 a.m. in the area of the 300 block of N. Grandview Ave. near Bennett Street and W.3rd. The dog was walking with owner. The dog is described as a full grown, 60#, unknown breed, possibly a Pointer, brown in color. The owner is described as a adult white female with long brown hair, approximately 5’10” tall.

The Health Department needs the public’s assistance in finding this dog to verify the dog’s health status and vaccination history. Anyone with information about this incident is asked to contact the Health Services Department at 589-4185 between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. or the Law Enforcement Center at 589-4415 after hours or on the weekend.
