A presidential campaign event at the Grand River Center in the Port of Dubuque on Wednesday afternoon, Sept. 20, is expected to have significant traffic impacts in the Port of Dubuque and on routes accessing the Port.
Motorists/commuters are encouraged to plan for delays or find alternate routes. The biggest impact is expected Wednesday afternoon.
