Kenneth Moore, a 49-year-old resident of Monroe, is accused of shooting at another man during a disturbance that occurred in Dubuque in August on Stafford Street. A trial date has been by Iowa District Court Judge Thomas A Bitter. Moore is scheduled to go to trial on November 14th at the Dubuque County District Court. He has entered a plea of not guilty to the charge.

In August Moore fired shots at Lance Hayes, 31. during a disturbance on Stafford Street in August. Hayes retrieved a gun and fired back.

He has a trial date in October for being a felon with a gun and reckless use of a firearm. He also pleaded not guilty. The disturbance was caught on surveillance cameras in the area.
