Today at 10:19 a.m., emergency services including East Dubuque Fire, EMS, police, and Dubuque Police were dispatched to the East Dubuque side of the bridge to respond to a head-on collision.
The incident occurred when a young driver veered into the left lane, resulting in a direct collision with another vehicle.
As of now, there is no information regarding the extent of injuries sustained in the accident.
