Dubuque Fire Engine 506 from the Point Fire House was the first on the scene of an outdoor fire last evening at 125 E. 16th Street. Engine 506 reported a fire upon arrival, and Engine 503 responded with a gator and brush truck. An outdoor fire got out of control at 125 East 16th Street and the 1100 block of Kerper Boulevard. 506 reported finding a person who may have started the fire while at the scene.

Emily Vorwald, 49, of Dubuque, was arrested and charged with possessing paraphernalia and recklessly using fire or explosives following a further investigation.
