Dubuque Deputies arrested Michael Casey, 52, at 19373 N Cascade Road, Peosta, Iowa, just after midnight. during a traffic stop. A deputy was injured during the arrest.
He’s charged with 1) Interference With Official Acts – Bodily Injury (M), 2) Drug Possession of A Controlled Substance (M), 3) Possession Of Drug Paraphernalia (M), and 4) First offense of OWI (M).
