Dubuque Iowa: Dubuque Police found four people shot at 2506 Broadway after shots were fired around 2:30 AM. Sunday morning.

Allen Taylor, 39, of Dubuque was pronounced dead at a Dubuque hospital. The injured victims from Dubuque are, Levon’ta Collins, 24, Francis Thompson, 36. Tryell Saunders, 24, of Corraville was also injured.

Police say all the people involved knew each other and the public is not at risk. The case remains under investigation
