In the early hours of this morning, Melvin Armstrong, 33, tried to elude police at 2 East 17th Avenue. There are three charges against him: 1) interference with no official act – bodily injury (M), 2) OWI 1st offense (M), and 3) eluding – injury, OWI, drugs or participating in a crime.
During an arrest at 2161 Jackson Street Tuesday afternoon, Jodi Schrobilgen, 53, interfered with officers. Interfering with official acts – no injury or damage (M) and failure to appear for a non-felony arrest are the charges against her.
