Zain Pergande, 24, was arrested Wednesday by Dubuque Police on 50 E 13th Street for 1) Possession of a Dangerous Weapon (M) and 2) Intoxication through drugs.
Anthony Snead, 20, was arrested Wednesday at 2 E 18th Street and Central Ave. He has a charge of disorderly conduct-loud and raucous noise (M) and a charge of interference with official acts (M) is pending against him.
All Arrested are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
