Wednesday, Irene Tsakos, 32, , was arrested at the Law Enforcement Center. The charges against her are two counts of animal neglect – serious injury or death. She’s accused of neglecting puppies living in squalor and unhealthy conditions. Canine parvovirus killed two of the puppies.
All arrested are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
