6-14-2023 DIP News On Monday, Jo Daviess County Deputies responded to a traffic accident on Highway 20, just east of North Imbus Lane. Trevor Craven, 25, of Dubuque, lost control of his vehicle and hit a tree, landing in a ditch. Craven was thrown from the vehicle. He was pronounced dead on the scene.
