Spencer Scott David, 33, was arrested at 4900 Old Highway Road early Wednesday. The charges against him include domestic abuse assault with injury, aggravated assault with injury, possession of drugs and paraphernalia, contempt of court, and interference with official acts without injury.
In the early morning hours, Samuel English, 22, was arrested for public intoxication and in possession of a dangerous weapon in the 2400 block 0f Central Avenue.
