Terry Valrie, 28, was arrested this morning at Dubuque Law Enforcement Center and booked in to the Dubuque Couty Jail. He was arrested by the US Marshals Service in Rock Island County, Illinois, Thursday and brought back to Dubuque.

Among his charges are murder in the first degree, robbery in the first degree, and mittimus. He’s being held on a $1,000,000 bond

Lonnie Burns, 31, of Dubuque, died of gunshot wounds during a robbery on Rhomberg Avenue February 7th.

To date, 5 people have been arrested.

All subjects are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
