Dubuque Law Enforcement arrested Jamaria D. Logan, 18, of 2284 Jackson St., No. 1, Monday in the 4000 block of Peru Road during a traffic stop. She’s charged with interference with official acts with injury. During the stop, she injured a deputy.
All persons arrested are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
