Dubuque Deputies arrested Matthew Heacock, 28, on drug possession charges at a home on Monastery Road. He was also arrested for interfering with official acts without injury or damage. Eluding – speeding over 25 over the limit, driving while revoked, recklessness, failure to maintain control, failure to prove security against liability accident, and speeding 55 or 11 to 15 over the limit.
