Jo Daviess County Authorities report that a vehicle driven by Robert Baker, 48 of Byron, Illinois, drove over the center line on Highway 20 near Glen Hollow Road and rolled into a ditch. He was transported to Mercy One Trauma Center with nonlife-threatening injuries.
