Robert Webb, 28, was placed under arrest at the Dubuque Police Department’s law enforcement center on Thursday. They charged him with domestic assault with a weapon, harassment in the first degree, and child endangerment.

Webs’ accused of pulling a gun from his waistband and pointing it at his girlfriend and her child on March 29th.

Web is being held in the Dubuque County Jail on a $7500 cash bond .

All arrested are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
