Dubuque police served a warrant and took Romell Scott, 37, Wednesday in the 2500 block of Central Avenue at an apartment into custody. He has been charged with participating in a riot.

Dubuque Police responded to a report of shots fired in Knickers Bar’s rear parking lot on April 9th. 2023 A large fight broke out in the rear parking lot. Police found 9 mm casings in the parking lot.

Marvin Bradley, 30, was involved and arrested last week, charged with intimidation with a dangerous weapon. In addition, he was charged with felon in possession of a weapon by a felon and disorderly conduct.

Scott and Bradley were both seen in city surveillance cameras approaching another group and a fight broke out, Bradley was seen pointing a gun .
