Cloudy with gusty winds. We’ll get a few flurries or snow showers. With a expected high of 47 degrees. The skies will clear tonight with a low of 28 with winds out of the NW at 10 to 20 mph. Starting Tuesday, the weather will warm up with a 59 degree high.We revived 2.4 inches of snow over night.
The Mississippi River is under a flood warning in Dubuque. Today the river is at 16.2 feet and rising, expected to crest at 20.5 feet Sunday, causing moderate flooding.
IMPACTS…At 20.5 feet, water affects the Illinois Central Railroad tracks in Dubuque.
