• IMPACTS…At 20.0 feet, Water reaches the base of the flood wall at the Ice Harbor. Most of the houses on the river side of the East Dubuque levee are in water.
• ADDITIONAL DETAILS… – At 9:30 PM CDT Saturday the stage was 15.9 feet. – Forecast…The river is expected to rise above flood stage late Tuesday morning and continue rising to 20.0 feet Saturday evening. – Flood stage is 17.0 feet
