Dubuque Police arrested Benjamin Atchison, 70, at 1180 West Locust on Saturday. Atchison is charged with sexual abuse 2nd degree-forcible rape, sexual abuse 3rd degree – forcible rape, lascivious acts with a child – forcible fondling, indecent contact with a child as well as child endangerment.

An arrest is not an admission of guilt and all arrested are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
