Saturday April 8th, 2023 Zachery Rexilius, 47, was arrested at 1160 Seipple Road on Friday and charged with forcible rape, 3rd degree, and failure to appear in court. Jerome Mac -McLaughlin 27, was arrested by Dubuque Law Enforcement at 409 West Locust today and charged him with interference with official acts no injury.
