Mike Fidgeon, of Dubuque, has been named to the disability and mental health commission. Currently, he is the president and CEO of Hillcrest Family Services.

Nancy Dunkel, of Dyersville was named to the student loan liquidity corporation. The corporation provides scholarships, student financial services, awards to educational institutions and related activities. Nancy is a former state legislator, held in high regard in the banking industry and is presently head of the Dyersville Chamber Of Commerce.
