Recently Grant Habakorn, 34, of Dubuque, pleaded guilty to 13 counts of sexual abuse, including three counts against 16-year-olds. In exchange for his plea agreement, he faces 31 years in prison with a mandatory five years. Sentencing is set for May 30th.
