Dubuque Police arrested Jacqusyn Grubb, 20, at 2099. Clark Drive and Saint Ambrose Street, at 1:25 am. this morning. Grubb is charged with interference with official acts with a weapon or firearm. He is also ineligible to carry a dangerous weapon. The charges against him include drug possession and paraphernalia.
An arrest is not an admission of guilt all are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
