Updated: According to reports Lee Kamram was traveling at 100 mph during the chase. Deputies spotted him traveling North on the NW. Arterial attempted a traffic stop Sunday and he took off.

He received citations for speeding, no valid driver’s license, improper lane changes and two red light violations.

Dubuque Police arrested Lee Kamram, 18, at 198 E 22nd and Kaufman Street. Kamram is charged with eluding – speeding over 25 over the limit. 

Kamram took police on a chase down Kaufman Ave. Police used spikes, and the chase ended at 22nd and Kaufman. No one was injured.
