Shaun Caprice, 44, was arrested by Dubuque Police on West 12th and Central Avenue this morning. They charged him with 1) assault while displaying a dangerous weapon – violation of individual rights and 2) reckless driving.
A Couple Arrested For Child Abuse
Dubuque Police arrested Willie Wilson, 41, and Angela Wilson, 41, on April 1st, at 795 Hill Street. Willie Wilson is charged with domestic abuse assault with injury – aggravated assault and child endangerment.
Angela Wilson is charged with child endangerment.
