Dubuque Police Arrested Heather Hayes, 40 of Dubuque for transporting Arron Johnson to Chicago after the shooting of Lonnie Burns on February 7th. She’s charged with accessory after the fact. Johnson’s trial is May 9th. Anyone arrested is assumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
