Pennsylvania Avenue will have an eastbound lane closure near University Avenue for private fiber installation starting 9:00 a.m Thursday March 30 until 5:00 p.m Thursday March 30. 

The lane will be open for the end of the school day and would most likely resume after the main release of students, parents, and facility at Irving Elementary School.

Motorists will need follow the posted detour and/or use a different route during this time.
