Around 6:00 p.m. Thursday, Robert Riddell, 38, of Dubuque, was arrested after a foot pursuit on Jackson Street.

Russell was involved in a robbery in April 2022 on Walnut Street, along with Lea Fitschen 49, and Alecia Imoff 28, both of Dubuque, who have been charged and pleaded not guilty. 

Riddell is charged with first-degree robbery for his involvement in the robbery.
