March 17th. 2023 It appears Hollie Carr, 38,of Dubuque embezzled money from the Kwik Stop Store on University Avenue and was arrested on Wednesday. Dubuque Police say store cameras caught Carr taking money from the store’s Iowa Lottery Pull Tab account, $ 14,000 dollars was taken between last January. She charged with first -degree theft.
