* WHAT…Heavy snow possible along and north of a line from Independence to Dubuque with mixed precipitation possible to the south. Total snow accumulations of 2 to 5 inches and ice accumulations of a light glaze possible. Winds could gust as high as 35 mph late Thursday morning. 

* WHERE…Buchanan, Delaware, Dubuque and Benton Counties. 

* WHEN…From late Wednesday night through Thursday morning.
