22-year-old Tanner Millman, of Dubuque, faces federal gun charges. In February of 2022, police arrested him on East 22nd Street during an undercover operation. During the operation officers found 11 pounds of marijuana, along with other marijuana plants and products, $200, 000 in cash, and numerous guns. Millman is charged in U.S. District Court in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, with possession of a firearm by a drug user and marijuana charges.
